Verdelho being one of the signature varieties of the Swan Valley and finding itself to be a wine that ages beautifully, it only made sense to hold on to and cellar for a few years and it hasn't disappointed. This Verdelho is showing the early stages of a great age worthy wine with its refreshing citrus up front and complex bottle aged flavours of honey suckle and stone fruits finishing with a nice acidity that is sure to please the palate.

Nose: Sweet lemon, melon and buttery popcorn
Palate:Vibrant citrus, stone fruit with a rich complexity, textual mouth feel and elegant minerality
Drink: Slightly chilled now or cellar for three to five years to see the wine develop more subtlety and roundness
Residual Sugar: 2g per litre.
