Fermented on skins for 4 days to extract some flavour from the delicious Savignon Blanc skins - only white wine with skins contact. Aged in seasoned oak for 3 months with lees stirring to create a creamy texture. First one at Ofw.....should we make more?

Colour: Pale lemon
Nose: Jasmine blossom, rosehip and fresh asparagus.
Palate: Generous and textual, with a coconut cream mouthfeel and a vibrant, fresh lime zest to finish.
Drink: Enjoy as a youngster. Try it closer to room temperature to get a different experience with a more complex style. Cooler will give you a crisper style, while a warmer temperature will let the texture shine. You choose.
