2017 CHARDONNAY OAKED
Our 2017 Chardonnay spent 9 months in new and old French oak and has gone through full malolactic fermentation and lees stirring.
This style of Chardonnay isn’t for the faint hearted with its ripe orange citrus and vanilla notes overlaying rich creamy butter characters following through with a generous weighty texture and toasty finish.
Colour: Medium lemon hues.
Nose: Orange citrus, cashews with hints of vanilla
Palate: Rich & buttery, hints of oak, mouth filling & creamy
Drink: Slightly chilled now and will age 5 years
Residual Sugar: <0.5g per litre.
