A once off wine made in a manner specifically defined for ageing. A tight, crisp acid profile has helped to let the wine develop bottle aged complexities. A few months Oak ageing prior to bottling has also created another dimension. 

Colour: Deep gold hues.
Nose: Honey, butterscotch, with a subtle oak toastiness.
Palate: Complex, bottle aged characters with toasty oak are held in check with a firm, lemon lime acidity. 
Drink: Slightly chilled, perfect now and will age 5-10 years plus.

Residual Sugar: <0.5g per litre.
